Thank you gifts

This could easily be a simple choice. You will want to thank your guests who came, maybe even from afar, to be part of your wedding and how better to thank them than to give them a small token of appreciation. The great thing is that it doesn't really have to go with your theme, it can be something completely unconnected to it. There are so many great ideas out there! All you really have to do is go on Pinterest, but let me show you my favorites.

Let it grow

This is one of the coolest thank you gifts! Its not something someone would just cast aside, or toss away because its something you can make use of. You plant the seeds and watch it grow - everybody loves plants! It makes a super cool decoration. Its also sweet because it holds meaning to the testament of love - as long as you nurture it, it will grow!

This thank you gift can also be a DIY project for you. You can choose the seeds of the flower or plant you want, pack them in small paper packages and tie them to a note with your names and date of the wedding.

Coffee lovers

This one I like because of personal reasons - huge coffee lover! Coffee is what makes the morning start and I don't know one person who doesn't drink coffee at least once a day so for me this would be an awesome gift to give away to guests, even if they're just going to open and smell it!

As a DIY, maybe you have a favorite brand of coffee you want to share with your guests. You can package them in small containers, cans, or bags and tie it with a colorful ribbon that follows your theme.

(Coffee) Mugs

Now, it doesn't necessarily have to be for coffee, but mugs are a great gift! They can be customized for the wedding, ceramic, metal pots whatever goes with your vibe but this is definitely something everyone will use in their home!

Anything in a small vile

Anything that comes packed in a small vile is super cute! You can put anything you want in it and it is probably the least costly gift of all. You can put candy inside, nuts, tea leaves, dried flowers, coffee, liquor, honey, salts.... really anything!

This could also, to save money, be a home project with the bridesmaids or family. You can mix and match! So many possibilities!!

Soap

Today there are so many different soaps with specific ingredients to choose from you can either have the same soap for every guest, separate the men from women or have all different ones and have them pick. Scented, with salts, oils, organic.... You can have them in a large basket so guests can take one when they leave, or they can be on the chairs, or you can hand them out when they come to say goodbye. I wouldn't recommend having this one as a DIY project because there is a whole process into making them and its not that easy.

There are so many ideas for thank you gifts, but in the end its a small token of gratitude for the people you love so try giving them something with an extra meaning, something when the hold it reminds them of you. I still have a lavender in my garden from 9 years ago I got from a wedding, and I truly think of her every time I pass it in the morning on my way to work, it puts a smile on my face.
