1. Can we plan everything from our home abroad?
Yes, you can. We offer our service and open communication via email, phone and any other media that you find preferable. All venues will be photographed and described in detail to you. Decorations will be of your choosing from our offer and coordinated if purchases needed. Paper work that will potentially need to be done can be done via post mail back and forth. Reservations will be made directly from us to local venues or personas (photograph, DJ, band, location, venues etc.) after beforehand approved from you. Invitations or other media will also be done in detail, including all changes you demand.
2. Do you handle paperwork?
Yes we do. If it is necessary to obtain certain paperwork in order to have a church wedding or government wedding, this will be done beforehand so that the legal paperwork is done for the wedding day.
3. Do you make package weddings?
We like to make every event or wedding personal. Not fitted in a box. After we discuss what you want for your wedding, we can offer you a package deal for YOUR wedding, which may include the minimum or the maximum. The extent of the cost only depends on the hours needed and of course, special rentals and desires.
4. Do you offer anything other wedding planners do not?
Yes we do! We can do floral arrangements ourselves, simple rustic and boho-style floral arrangements which is a service we offer that can cost you less, no need for outsourcing. We let you choose the flower you want and the style, and we make it happen. This will allow you to save some money.
Also, we do graphic and web design, so your invitations can be done for you personally, sent to a printer’s studio near you. We can make you a website invitation, also allowing you to save some money in high cost graphic or web tech outsourcing. Other graphics are Day plans, RSVPs, Thank You’s etc.
Any of the extra decorations can be DIY from Samphire events, as for hoops with photographs, personal desks, thank you gifts etc.
5. How do we pay you?
We offer Paypal and direct banking. Once we agree upon a price for planning your event or wedding we will require a down payment to be able to book the essentials (venue, photographer, DJ etc.) and the rest will be in intervals we agree upon.
6. Do you help with booking accommodation for quests?
Yes we can definitely help you coordinate accommodation for your guests. We can find local houses around the wedding venue which can help your guests avoid using public transport or taxi services – although, if an accommodation that is further suits them better we can help in organizing transport to the wedding venue.
7. What is the cancellation policy?
If you decide to postpone or cancel your wedding, you will need to let us know no later than three months prior to wedding date.
8. Do you do big weddings?
Our maximum is a wedding of 60 people.
9. Can you organize a wine tasting on a boat?
Yes we can. We can also organize trips, business escapes and day adventures with a boat which may or may not include catering.
10. What locations do you offer?
There are many locations in the area of Trogir which can be secluded, on and off land. Depending on your desires. You may want to go to the island of Drvenik for which renting a boat is unavoidable but there are also locations that are far from the city which can meet your demands. But to narrow it down for you, the island Drvenik, Čiovo, the city of Trogir, villas from Seget to Plano and secluded places on the island Čiovo.
11. OK, so my family and friends are coming for vacation, we want to do something fun and different every day. Can you arrange something for us?
Oh boy, are you in for a treat! Yes, we can arrange full day of fun things to do and see while on vacation in Trogir area. From sightseeing to swimming under waterfalls, eating traditional food, drinking great wine and enjoying some of the most amazing views in Dalmatia.
12. We want a relax day after the wedding for us and our guests. Do we have options?
Yes, you have options, party after the greatest party of your life? Done! Relaxing day to hydrate after the greatest party of your life? Done! You just tell us what kind of day you want and we take care of the rest!
13. I have a wedding planner already, and the wedding is in Hvar. However, she can’t help me with a party day after. Do you have any suggestions?
We have a boat at our disposal for these kind of events, so we can do wonders.
